As an architect; it is always a concern to make sure that no space left underutilized.. or been left over with no function.. Not a matter of scope comprehension, but cost as well.. The same become more evident in urban design.. yet, much easier to support the controversial term: Facilities..
This is where Landscape, Space making and technology play their part. However, innovative design seems to be about these SOAPs
